Requesting a Reservation
To request a reservation for an event, please fill out and submit the reservation request form below. You will be contacted by email within 2 business days to notify you of the status of your request.
NOTE: If reservations for an event have already reached the maximum allowed, your name will be placed on a waitlist and you will be notified by email if a reservation becomes available before the date of the event.
Canceling a Reservation
To cancel a confirmed reservation, or to remove your name from a waitlist, please contact the UCI Libraries External Relations Office by phone (949-824-4651) or by email (partners@uci.edu) at least 24 hours before the event.
Event Fees
If there is an event fee associated with the event for which you are requesting a reservation, please print out your request confirmation page and follow the instructions on it to remit payment and confirm your reservation.
